Even Our Dark Moods Are Ordained by God
The ego’s mind is filled with fantasies that soon crash against reality’s wall. But even that crash—and the dark night that follows—is designed and destined by God to awaken the mind to the need for higher intelligence and power. If one is wise enough to learn from one’s karma instead of becoming bitter, angry, and depressed, then inauthentic and short-lived love relationships can be replaced by divine love and relationships of holy communion.

Our Fear of Death Is Also Our Fear of Life
The subject of this satsang is death, a fear of which is endemic to every ego. We fear our own death and feel sorrow at the death of the other, because our consciousness has identified with a mortal body and its thoughts. Fear of death also amounts to fear of life—fear of taking risks, individuating, and entering the unknown Self. Only when we live in this state, recognizing and deciding that our highest Self is most valuable and Real, will the power of Self-actualization and a life free of Self-betrayal be possible.
How to Get Out of the Trap of the Ego's Core Delusion
The world is in a state of full system collapse. If we want to remain in a state of peace and navigate with accuracy and freedom, we must prepare psychospiritually. Shunyamurti presents M. C. Escher's lithograph "Drawing Hands” as best representing the logical trap of the ego's core delusion and why the capacity for Self-actualization has been lost. Shunyamurti teaches how we can reclaim our Self-sovereignty and finally be free of the internalized other.
How to Earn the Ultimate Grace
In this profound and timeless satsang, Shunyamurti reveals that the path to liberation requires far more than spiritual interest or occasional practice: it requires the complete surrender of the ego and a life of ceaseless remembrance, seva, and devotion. He explains why vairagya—the release of attachment to the world and total attachment to God—is the key to freedom. As the world approaches a moment of unprecedented cataclysm, Shunyamurti describes the fork in the road confronting every soul: remain imprisoned in the ego and its karmic patterns; or take the leap into divine sovereignty, awaken the true Self, and become an egoless instrument of God's will.
Will Relationships Collapse With the Ego?
Question:
I really want to know Shunyamurti’s opinion: do we have to try to recover men and women’s relationship, or is it going to collapse like any other fractal? The loneliness epidemic seems to destroy most humans.
Shunyamurti’s Reply:
Yes, the energy that moves the ego is the desire of the Other. When that is absent for too long, the ego shuts down its limited creativity, and becomes progressively more hardened and cold. This is the end of the era of the ego. That self-limiting structure of willful ignorance and terror of the infinite is already beginning to disappear, along with its nightmarish world. In those who turn away from the lure of the ego and discover the source of consciousness within, the Infinite Self is directly revealed. This explains the classic zen aphorism: First, there is a world of egos. Then, after attaining satori, there is no world, only the Light of Consciousness free of differences. Then, in the final phase of revelation, there is again a world, but now it is the expression of the perfect love, blissful intelligence, and power of freedom of the Inconceivable Absolute Self.
Namaste,
Shunyamurti
How Meditation Dissolves Trauma and Ego
In this foundational teaching, Shunyamurti reveals that meditation is not a technique but a return to your center—to the pure awareness that exists prior to thought, identity, and emotion. By letting go of the mind’s constant projections, you can rediscover the natural state of peace, clarity, and wholeness that has never been lost.
The Art of Friendship Is Divine
What does it mean to be a friend of the world? In this Q&A, Shunyamurti explores the archetype of God the Friend—known in Christianity as the Comforter, in Buddhism as the Bodhisattva, and throughout the world's wisdom traditions as the compassionate presence that heals, supports, and uplifts all beings. True friendship is not merely kindness or sympathy but the capacity to embody divine serenity, to speak truth without judgment, and to hold others in a field of love that transforms suffering into peace.
